Описание
MacMurray and Claudette Colbert are always appealing together, and their relationship in The Bride Comes Home is no exception. As Cyrus Anderson, an aspiring journalist who falls into playing bodyguard to immature rich kid Jack Bristow (Robert Young), MacMurray is irritable and magnetic, while Colbert, as the once-rich Jeannette Desmereau whose family has been laid low by the Depression, is by turns charming and ferocious, making it easy to understand why Cy falls so hard for her in spite of himself.
